Born in Tel Aviv and raised in New Jersey, Miri began playing violin at age 4 and was already performing professionally by 13. Her talent caught the attention of renowned artists like Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Wyclef Jean, leading to collaborations and prominent features in their music.

Miri earned the nickname “the hip-hop violinist” for her unique blend of classical training and contemporary influences. She seamlessly integrates her violin into hip-hop, R&B, and pop tracks, adding a distinct and often surprising element to the genre.
