Big Condo Records is stepping onto the dancefloor on Wednesday (June 12), the label announced the launch of its new division, specific for dance artists and producers. The label is led by executive Dave ‘’Askani’’ Coates and Royzy Rothschild, between them there is over 50 years’ experience in the music industry.

The divisions first signing is dance and pop artist Natalya who is set to release new music soon within the dance scene.
Big Condo Records will be distributing music through Beatport for the first time affiliated through Tunecore.

The launch of the new dance division is after the recent success of the Big Condo Records 33 city, town, village we the label first lap tour and a very successful Big Condo Records Weekender.
Big Condo Records are nominated for best Boutique label and Multi diverse record label 2024. Big Condo Records is an artist friendly label it’s not just about streams, the label has a true personality and sense of community.

Big Condo Records is all about innovation and the importance of the music, and a strong focus on authenticity.
Dave Askani Coates said ‘’ Big Condo Records is a record label that is going to push the producers and the artists on to bigger things, that’s why I didn’t even have to think about joining I just jumped in headfirst’’.

Royzy Rothschild said’’ This is a new venture for the record label and I’m happy to have Dave and the team on board. Music is life and the record label works hard every year to lead the way. I know this is going to take time to build and we are new in the dance industry, but if we can get the right producers and artist’s anything’s possible’’.

Natalya said ‘’ I’m so excited about joining Big Condo Records as a signed artist it hasn’t sunk in yet, but I can’t wait to get going, Big Condo Records we the label’’.
