Midwest metalcore juggernauts Orphic Illusion are back; this time, they’re hitting harder than ever. Today, Friday, February 7th, the band released their highly anticipated video for Fall From Grace, and to say it’s an absolute monster of a track would be an understatement. The band, known for their aggressive sound and thought-provoking themes, has once again delivered a piece that’s both sonically crushing and thematically gripping.
“Fall From Grace is more or less a prequel to our song Your Kind,” the band explains. “It is a song about a singular ET tasked with overseeing life on Earth for several millennia. It has concluded that humanity is not fit to inhabit the planet and must be extinguished.” In true Orphic fashion, the track serves as both a narrative and a wake-up call—humanity has been given chance after chance, and time is running out.
