Las Vegas-based rock outfit CHALMER is kicking off Valentine’s Day with a dose of fun and flirtation, releasing a brand-new video visualizer for their latest single, Yoga Pants. At the core of Yoga Pants is a story as charming as the song itself. Frontman Chalmer Harper (Vocals/Guitar) found inspiration in the most unexpected place—doing laundry.
“It’s incredible to me how inspiration will strike me when doing a mundane task,” Harper shared. “I was pulling laundry out of the dryer and sorting it when I saw my wife’s Baby Yoda Yoga Pants. As I was putting them in the basket, I got to thinking about how cute I think my wife is when she wears them…and so that began the adventure of writing a fun, flirty song to celebrate her.”
The track is more than just a love letter to comfortable fashion—it’s a celebration of the little things that make relationships unique.
“I’m hoping that the song allows others to celebrate the ways that you love and adore your significant other in a fun, flirtatious way,” Harper added. “The song is meant to be silly, catchy, and make you smile.”
