Dark and danceable, sultry and heavy, exciting and infectious, Noir takes the listener on an atmospheric and thrilling journey through the fight against emotional darkness. It is Summoners’ best work to date and their ultimate statement on alternative rock.
The track is their last single from their debut EP ‘No Control’, due for release alongside the new single on June 25th. They will celebrate the release in their hometown of Portsmouth with a filmed headline set at their EP Launch Party on June 28th, at esteemed venue the Edge of the Wedge.

An eclectic, inventive and infectious journey through the dark and exciting realms of alternative rock, Summoners infuse each diverse and unforgettable song in ‘No Control’ with a milieu of beloved influences, concise and ambitious songwriting, and raw and relatable lyrics to devastating effect.

BAND BIO

Alternative rock band Summoners continue to make waves in their breakout year, receiving rave reviews, ‘next big thing’ predictions and heavy international radio rotation (including BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and Total Rock) for their singles released in 2025.
Their bold, inventive, and infectious sound, infused with their raw and relatable lyrics, is connecting them to new fans the world over. Their final single and best work to date, ‘Noir’, will be released on June 25th, alongside their highly anticipated debut EP ‘No Control’.
They will mark their victory lap in their hometown of Portsmouth with a headline set at their EP launch show on June 28th, at esteemed venue the Edge of the Wedge.
Moving from support act to headliner within a short 6 month period, they will cap off the year with ambitious headline shows at premium South England venues such as Southampton’s The 1865 and the Portsmouth Guild Hall in September and November.
With a DIY punk energy and insatiable creative appetite, Summoners produce all their recordings, and design their artwork, merch and music videos themselves.
