Lovely Colours Release Dreamy New Single “Out There”

SEATTLE – November 7, 2025 — Indie-rock band Lovely Colours are back with their new single “OutThere,” marking their boldest and most atmospheric work to date. Known for crafting soundscapes that shimmer between melancholy and euphoria, the band continues to refine its unique blend of nostalgic pop, shoegaze, and modern rock influences.

Built around glimmering synths, layered guitars, and a soaring vocal delivery, “Out There” is both deeply personal and universally resonant. Lyrically, the song explores what it means to hold on through uncertainty and to keep searching for light even when everything feels out of reach.

Opening with the haunting line “Take your time, it feels like an ugly one,” the track unfolds like a late-night confession, tracing moments of self-doubt and rediscovery. The chorus — “There’s something out there for you, I believe it / No reason to walk past empty spaces” — transforms that vulnerability into a statement of belief, offering a quiet, steady reminder of resilience.

“We wrote ‘Out There’ about a moment of transition,” said vocalist and guitarist Devin Damitio.“It’s about surviving the in-between, those phases where you’re not sure where you’re headed, bbut you keep moving anyway.”

The single follows Lovely Colours’ previous release, “No Angel,” which premiered on New Noise Magazine back in June. With “Out There,” the band continues to evolve, pushing their sound further into the dreamy alt-rock territory that has defined their growing presence in the indie music scene.

Together, these releases hint at a broader creative evolution for Lovely Colours, one that pushes the boundaries of dreamy rock while staying rooted in raw human emotion.
