Twenty years after experiencing Tomorrowland’s first edition in Belgium, electronic music producer KOMBY DOT IO revisits a defining moment in his career with his new single, ‘Tomorrowland Never End’.

For electronic music producer KOMBY DOT IO, some musical experiences stay with you long after the final track has played. His new single, ‘Tomorrowland Never End’, captures exactly that feeling, transforming a personal connection with one of electronic music’s most recognisable festivals into an epic five-minute progressive house production.

The story dates back to 2006, when KOMBY DOT IO attended the inaugural edition of Tomorrowland in Belgium. At the same time, he was beginning to establish his own position within the music industry, founding his independent label, Electromix Records, and exploring the emerging possibilities of digital music distribution.

His connection to the electronic music scene went beyond being a festival attendee. Working as a radio music journalist, he documented the atmosphere surrounding the event and interviewed artists, experiencing first-hand the excitement of a movement that would continue to shape electronic music over the following two decades.

Now, twenty years later, that experience has become the inspiration for a new musical chapter.

Created over two intense months in the studio, ‘Tomorrowland Never End’ brings together the euphoric energy and nostalgia of EDM’s golden era with the underground influences and experience KOMBY DOT IO has developed throughout his career. Featuring the vocals and interpretation of Jérémy, the track builds an emotional connection between the sounds that first inspired the producer and the independent artist he has become.

The release also carries a personal international dimension. With his wife being Thai, the expansion of Tomorrowland into Thailand’s Wisdom Valley holds particular significance for KOMBY DOT IO, creating another connection between his own story and the festival’s evolving global presence.

He has also had the opportunity to discuss the project with Michel van Buyten, Head of Tomorrowland Music, further connecting the release with the wider electronic music industry.

Beyond its festival inspiration, ‘Tomorrowland Never End’ reflects the journey of an artist whose career has moved across music production, radio, entrepreneurship and technology. Through Electromix Records, KOMBY DOT IO has maintained his independent approach while continuing to explore new creative possibilities.
